Selling a Chevy K5 Blazer with the 6.2 litre diesel motor. It is rare to find a non-military K5 blazer with the diesel motor. The truck was purchased by my Nephew in 2007 as a spare winter vehicle and has seen minimal use. He has put less than 10k miles on it in the five years that he has owned it. It had 105k when he bought it, it now sits just below 114k miles. This blazer gets excellent fuel economy being a diesel. There has been a lot of money spent on this truck. He had the injector pump rebuilt by Seattle Injector, He installed all new glow plugs made by Kennedy diesel also installed J-Code intake giving better mpg and power. The transmission is a high end k-case 700R4 built by Fourth Gear inc. New BFG All Terrain tires were put on in 2010, these have less than 5k miles. The tie rod ends and drag links were replaced. He put batteries in the truck and also replaced the starter and alternator. This truck starts and runs solid, oil pressure is great. It has quad front shocks, front tow hooks and trailer package. It just sits and He doesn't have any real use for it anymore. He wants this truck to find a good home where someone can appreciate this unique vehicle. Being a 24 year old truck it is not perfect, there is a crease in the left front fender, the clear coat is peeling on the hood and back driver-side quarter panel. [see pic] The truck will need a windshield [has a crack on the passenger side] and the inside tailgate handle is broken [have replacement parts] but the window rolls up and down.
