Up for auction is a 1998 Ford Taurus 4 door sedan. The exterior is black and is in fair condition with normal fading, chips and scuffs (could use a good bath and compound). The interior is gray cloth and is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or staining. The drivetrain is a 3.0L V-6, automatic. _________________________________________ Here's the good and the bad: The engine was recently tuned and runs excellent. The transmission has a fluid leak but the car drives and shifts excellent. I drove it home about 20 miles and it's down a half a quart or so. The car has been sitting in my driveway for a few months and when I went to move it, it popped a rear brake line which is located right below the driver side rear seat. The brake line is a pretty easy fix however; I have no idea what the issue is with the trans leak. The vehicle can be inspected by contacting me and setting up a time to come look.
