NEW,NO RESERVE!!! I have taken the reserve off completely and SHE MUST BE SOLD! Up for auction is a true survivor and a bit of a rare find! This 1984 Cadillac Seville "Roadster" edition is an always California car, always garaged car. right down to the original blue and gold California license plates. I bought the car form the heir of the original owner in February of this year. Prior to that,it was in one family's hands since being purchased new at legendary dealership 'Casa de Cadillac" in Sherman Oaks, Calif. I have all original books and records back to day 1. This car left the dealership as you see it now. This was a VERY upgraded base seville, featuring the $1000 optional full cabriolet roof treatment in dark briar brown. The dealership was and still is an authorized Vogue Tyre distributor and this car had added by the dealer a full set of Vogue tyres and very costly Appliance REAL wire wheels. The car also had the "Rolls Royce" grill added at this time. The current Vogue tyres only have 6000 miles on them and I have the receipts. The car boasts almost every option for 1984, most notably the $895 Bose stereo system which still sounds great. The color is also somewhat of a rarity as it was one of only 3 Eldorado convertible colors offered that year. Hatteras blue. The car has 90,000+ miles and it runs well.The paint is original and still has quite a nice shine to it. The red pinstripe under the stainless side trim is a partcularly nice touch. The body is in good shape with the exception of the notorious body fillers and one small blemish to the left of the trunk lid where the paint was scraped against something. Roughly the size of a quarter. The front drivers side filler has a crack in it and the trunk rear filler has multiple cracks and issues. The front is fine. The interior is all orignal and close to being flawless. There is a soiled area on the right rear carpet that could be covered with a mat and the headliner is all there, but sagging and should be replaced. Otherwise, the interior looks very good. All gauges work and yes,it has WORKING A/C! Additonally, this car came with the D'Elegance package and all script and emblems are finished in gold. Quite smashing looking! It also has a factory alarm system, but I cannot seem to figure out how to work it. I had the trunk gas filled struts replaced about 60 days ago and now the trunk lid functions as it should. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding on this car.Car sold as is, where is.
