You are bidding on a 1974, chrome bumper MGB. It has had all the suspension bushings, springs, and brake components replaced so it drives like a new one. It also has a new top, interior, battery, starter, and tires. Yes the color really is purple and that is the color it was when it left the factory. The Austin/MG color book refers to it as "Aconite". The car also comes with the original jack and tonnau cover. I have been driving it for the last 1 1/2 seasons with no problems so it has proven itself. Sometime in it's past someone replaced the right rear quarter panel so I assume it had incurred some body damage. The body is solid and amazingly rattle free for an MG. All the gauges work as they should. I repainted the car myself so it is not show quality but is good driver quality. I welcome any one who wants to come inspect it.
