THE HISTORY The X5 3.0SI Sport Activity Vehicle has only 75,317 miles on it. The VIN is 5UXFE43517L012871. It was built at BMW's Spartanburg Assembly Plant in South Carolina USA in May of 2007. It was sold on Brand New by BMW of Pembroke Pines in Pembroke Pines Florida on July 30th of 2007. It was sold to an owner who lived in Fort Lauderdale Florida which is a very affluent area. This orignal owner took the vehicle on a 24 month lease and kept the X5 normally serviced and maintained at the BMW dealership. After enoying this X5 3.0SI for the term of it's lease, in August of 2009 and with just 37,689 miles on the odometer, this original owner lease end turned in this X5 3.0SI and leased a brand new X5 at BMW of Pembroke Pines. BMW of Pembroke Pines saw how nice this X5 was and with such low miles that they decided to put it through their service department for the BMW Certified PreOwned 6yr/100k Warranty inspection. It fully checked out, was given a full service, was given four brand new tires, and was granted the 6 year 100k miles CPO warranty. They put it out for retail sale and on August 16th of 2009 and with just 37,710 miles on the odometer began being enjoyed by the second owner. This second owner lived in Hollywood Florida and kept this X5 serviced at BMW of Pembroke Pines. After enjoying this X5 for just over three years, this second owner traded this X5 in at BMW of Pembroke Pines on a brand new X3 they had for sale. I was offered the oppurtunity to purchase this X5 3.0SI from BMW of Pembroke Pines, which I did, and I am now proud to offer this X5 3.0SI for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The paint is still deep and glossy. The interior shows very little wear... the leather looks very clean and is still plush. The carpeting is still plush and free of any significant staining or tearing. The wood trim is free of any fade or cracking. Some of the rims have some minor curb rash. The tires on this BMW are Bridgestone Dueler H/L RunFlat P255/50R19's with approx 9/32nds of tread life left. I have one master key, the set of carpet floormats, the front license plate bracket, and the owners manuals. I have run the Carfax on this BMW and it came back with the Carfax Buyback Guarantee. It does indicate that on January 15th of 2009 the vehicle had an impact with a fixed object around the left front of the vehicle. What is VERY important to notice is that the vehicle was listed as being functional and that the airbags did not deploy; thus indicating that this was not any sort of major accident, AND furthermore; that Carfax felt that this X5 is worth $1,950 MORE than retail blue book, even with this minor accident indicated !!! That speaks for itself !!! I ran the AutoCheck on this X5 and it came back with the AutoCheck Assured Buyback Protection. It does also indicate the same incident. What is important to notice is that Autocheck gave this X5 a score of 84 and notes that similar vehicles score between 76 and 84... so this X5 scored AT THE VERY TOP OF IT'S CLASS !!!!
