This is a very clean 1981 Mercedes-Benz (W123) 300D sedan. It is a southern California car from day 1, living here in Long Beach, owned and maintained only by Peytch, owner of Peytch Automotive (a Mercedes specialist). I bought this vehicle from him about 2 years ago and he has still always been the maintenance professional, addressing any problems as they arise. I have nearly all of the service and repair records for this vehicle. This car has absolutely no rust. All exterior lighting works, as does all instrument cluster lighting. The clock works, as does the odometer and trip odometer. The power door lock system is fully intact, and working. All power windows work. Glovebox works and is in good condition. A stereo was installed a couple years ago when I got it, a Pioneer DEH-P3600, which works really well. The suspension system is great on this car. Bushings and ball joints are in great shape, front and rear. It drives fantastic. Power steering works great, and the car tracks very well on the street and highway. This car rides fantastic and tight. Not a squeak or rattle to be heard; not even any wind noise on the highway. The paint job was done about one year ago, a sparkly emerald green. One of the only things not working in the vehicle is the air-conditioning. Dash is in okay condition, so it has a liner on it for aesthetic value. If you are into this kind of vehicle or need something that will last you a lifetime, this is it.
