Adult owned, super clean, garage kept. This currently registered (through Oct 2013) California car has been well taken care of and it shows. It’s not my daily driver but instead, my favorite “road trip” car, but it’s time for something else for me. For those of you that don’t already know, this is a 5.5 liter, normally aspirated (no supercharger or turbo to maintain) that is factory rated at 362 horsepower, and 376 foot-pounds of torque, in a rear wheel drive coupe (that happens to be as smooth and well built as only a Mercedes can be). This one has black leather interior with the dark wood trim, and is all stock except for a few upgrades I’ve installed since I bought it: · 1) Real AMG wheels, in a staggered configuration (rear wheels are wider than the front wheels). Because these are from a high end model, they are hub-centric (meaning super smooth on the freeway). No rubbing either! o Front tires are Bridgestone Potenza 243-35-18 o Rear tires are Pirelli Pzero 285-35-ZR18 · 2) Brand new (Aug 2012) double DIN Kenwood DNX-7180 entertainment unit: Navigation, DVD, TV, Pandora, iPod, MP3, Bluetooth, CD stereo system (uses the factory stock BOSE speakers and amplifier, so it’s a clean installation, not hacked together) and looks like it came with this car! This unit alone is currently selling for more than $850 plus tax & shipping at Crutchfield · 3) Smoked aftermarket replacement headlights (uses the factory mounting brackets and electrical plugs, nothing was cut to make these work, and there’s no errors). They were $350 new, plus tax & shipping · 4) Smoked window tint · 5) Aftermarket rear window-mounted spoiler. This is mounted with strong 3M tape, but it would come off without damaging anything, if you don’t care for it. It was $250 new, plus tax & shipping I took lots of pics, including a shot of the dash lights to show that they all work, and can tell you this car starts right up, doesn’t use any oil, and everything works! I just passed the brake & light inspection, as well as the smog check, so this car is sure to show-up your Corvette or Mustang loving buddies, and raise the bar in your neighborhood! It’s got STYLE like no other car for less than $10K can provide! I’ll be happy to provide additional pics, or talk to a knowledgeable person about this super-classy sports car. Though this car does have a salvage title, it’s in my name, and like I said above, it’s passed all its inspections and is currently plated, so I’ve done all the work already, to California DMV standards. There’s nothing left for you to do but enjoy it! I just filled up the 16 gallon tank (I only run 91 octane fuel) and the computer says it has a 380 mile range on that tank. Vegas anyone? I checked into the maintenance schedule for this car after someone asked about the timing belt. Turns out this engine class has a CHAIN, and Mercedes has no recommended replacement schedule, outside of "when it's time to rebuild the engine".
