2000 Honda CBR 600 F4 Track bike, with street plastics, headlight and tail light. This was a previous customer's daily commuter of which he put all of the 30k+ miles on it. He thought he might try turning it into a track bike which we did and he found out he was having a baby. I bought the bike from him and completed the conversion. I took the bike out at CMP to check everything out and she’s everything she was when she rolled off the showroom floor. Honda builds such a great motor! Since the bike has 30k I inspected the valves, preformed a leak down, and compression check. All of the Valves were spot on with no adjustment required. The compression test showed each cylinder b/w 190-195 psi of compression and the leak down was the same with all cylinders ~10%. It comes with a clean and clear SC title and all of the original street plastics. Everything you need if you want to convert this back into a street bike and with a clean title you won’t have any issues getting it registered or insured. The fiberglass is in good useable shape but has been down in its previous life. I repaired most of the damage with resin and carbon fiber reinforcement. The paint is shaker can, not the best but it’s a track bike so who really cares. The street plastics have damage as can been seen in the pictures so take a look and ask questions. Tires have enough tread for street use but I do not recommend using them at the track and for liability sake recommend you change them for street use too. I do not install new tires on track bikes b/c if you’re a Dunlop guy you have no use for Pirelli’s. If you have a set of tires and bring them with you at pick up I will mount and balance them for free. Please look at all of the pictures and ask any questions you may have. The bike is used and is sold "As Is, Where Is” with no warranties written or implied. The winning bidder is required to leave a $200 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Please contact me to arrange otherwise or if there are issues with this. The remaining deposit will be cash in person or a cashier’s check. If paying with a cashier’s check then I will not release the bike or the title until 7 business days from receipt of the check. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. I can offer shipping advice or deliver at a reasonable distance at a rate of $0.45/mile round trip. This has to be agreed upon and arranged prior to the end of the auction. My ability to deliver is up to my discretion and will be on my timeframe. I reserve the right to end the auction early as this is for sale locally as well as other sites. I also know a guy that I have used in the past for shipping. He’s extremely reasonable on his cost and timeframe. He doesn’t deliver everywhere so you will need to contact him prior to bidding. I do have a clean and clear title, one key, no owner’s manual or tool kit.
