Evolution Motorsports has created the ultimate Cayenne TT / Turbo S performance upgrade. The EVOMS transforms the Cayenne V8 into a truely amazing performance machine. All components were extensively tested and / or created in-house by Evolution Motorsports research and development department. It was not by accident that Porsche chose to introduce the 2006 Cayenne Turbo S on its own world-class racetrack in Leipzig, Germany, as well as in the silty, orange sand dunes outside Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Why not? Because there is simply no other production vehicle that could possibly manage to perform as well as the 520-horsepower Cayenne Turbo S does in both extreme locations. The Turbo S will shoot to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds and whizz thru the quarter-mile in 13.5 at 107 mph. However, the extra horsepower is most apparent at higher speeds, as the Turbo S is 5.7 seconds quicker to 140 mph and will top out at a mind blistering 166 mph! Like all Cayennes, the Turbo S is at its best cruising the highway, empowered driver perched on the throne-like front seats, glaring down at the surrounding serfs. But at any time after a slightly hesitant kickdown from the transmission, confidence-inspiring, road-rage-inducing thrust is available. Good thing the S is extremely poised when it reaches triple-digit speeds, even in a downpour. This baby is glued to the pavement thanks to a remarkable 4wd system. Steering feel is precise, and the limits are fairly high, 0.87 g on the skidpad, but not surprisingly, the nearly three-ton Cayenne never feels anything close to light on its feet. Unlike some other big-horsepower SUVs, the Turbo S retains a high, 7716-pound tow rating and off-road gear thanks to a true low range and adjustable air suspension. The sus-pension can compress to 6 1/2" off the ground and as high as over 10" off the ground. You will love the ride control settings as well. You can set the control to comfort, normal or sport. In sport mode, you will feel like your driving a Porsche 911 on steroids! This changes the entire dynamic of the Cayenne and you will love it! Bid or buy with confidence!
