Up for sale is a nice 1968 Mercury Montego convertible with 37,977 miles. It runs strong and drives nice. Top is in decent shape and it looks like the rear plastic has been replaced. Other than that its pretty clean. Will make a nice family cruiser. Please feel free to ask questions. On Oct-30-12 at 18:42:39 PDT, seller added the following information: Some additional info abot this Montego, Its a 3 speed not a 4 speed, the power top is in great shape and works good. Brakes work great, all the lights work, all the windows roll up and down, and the radio works, The trunk floor is clean and solid and was full of spare parts for this vehicle. The clucth in this car works and shifts perfectly but there is a brank new cluth and pressure plate in the trunk along with brand new brake shoes, original Ford valve covers,original steering wheel, original radio and some fender skirts. All these items will be included in the auction. The drivers arm rest has a tear in it which I included in the photos.
