Up for sale is my 1986 F 350. I bought this truck as a project with big plans for it but I never found the time to ever really work on it. It is a 4x4 cab and chassis with a 6.9l diesel engine and a 5 speed manual transmission. The truck hasn't been started in about a year, the batteries are shot. It ran like a top when I parked it then. I installed a new injection pump, injectors, battery cables and numerous other things. The glow plugs are weak but I have brand new ones that go with the truck. The tires are practically brand new courser CTs. I removed the stock four speed transmission and installed a ZF 5 speed. The tranny shifts great but is noisy in neutral because the main shaft bearing needs replaced. The body is pretty decent with some rust on the rocker panels and the cab corners. Frame is straight and fairly rust free for the age. This truck would make a great project or it is loaded with great parts if someone wanted to part it out. Truck is sold as is where is and buyer is responsible for picking it up. Thanks!
