This car is in great running condition and looks pretty good, too! The paint is shiny, but has some minor scuffs and tiny scratches (see pics). The car was smoked in at one time and has some burns above the driver's side window control panel (see pic) but it does not smell at all. I just took the car on a trip that was more than 500 miles and it runs just as good as it has for the last several years--it's a solid German car. It is mechanically sound, but computer problems trigger the check engine light and brake indicator light. I've had these problems inspected at the VW dealership and they have found no mechanical problems that warrant the lights. It will probably need tires soon and the ventilation fan needs to be fixed. The car has had regular oil changes and scheduled maintenance. I just finished school and no longer need the car so it's time to sell it. I will entertain the possibility of delivering the car to you or to a point of public transportation near you for a reasonable fee.
