We have for sale a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with the factory P71 package. The car was bought new with 16 miles on it and is a one owner car from a small local municipal police department. The car has 99371 miles on its certified odometer/speedometer. The vehicle starts and drives 100%, the transmission shifts fine, the air conditioning blows cold and the heat blows hot. The power windows all work, the door locks function as well as does the interior trunk release. The car was used on average approximately 12k per year which is low mileage for a police vehicle. The car was serviced on a regular basis and is in excellent overall mechanical condition. We serviced this vehicle in our shop and it is inspected until May of 2013 in Pennsylvania. The tires are about 60% on both the front and the rear. We are replacing the trunk lid rear filler piece were it appears the P.D had a rack of some kind mounted. The rear seats appear close to new as they were installed by us after taking out the plastic rear seat liner and cage. The door panels are in the same condition. The front drivers side seat has a small tear in the rear/back section, other than that the seats in the car are in fine shape. The vehicle has normal scratches from use but it has no rust or dents larger than a pencil sized eraser. The spotlight works as well. This car is not beat up nor damaged nor is it perfect, but we are not asking a perfect price for it. It is a great value for the dollar and should provide several years of good service for someone, and God only knows how many tens of thousands of miles it still has left in it.
