This is a 1969 Mustang convertible Shelby GT-350 clone. This car has been years in the making and now that it is done I don't have time to drive it and I am losing the garage space. the car is beautiful as the pictures speak for themsleves. The paint and body are no.1 condition. It is absolute show condition. The paint and body work were done professionally about 3 years ago. The car has been garaged ever since and never sees the rain. the top is relatively new and powers up and down with no issue. The interior is excellent. All of the body, interior and engine compartment replicate the Shelby GT-350 exactly. It has a 351 Windsor, automatic transmission and power top. Front disc brakes and rear drums. This is not a hodgepodge clone like you see on ebay all the time. It is well put together and stands out in a crowd of real Shelby's. Everything works on the car as it should. A lot of money has been spent on this car sourcing the correct parts and in labor. Someone is going to get a great deal on a very high profile car. Issues: I would have put on some raised white letter tires if keeping the car for longer. That really makes the look of the car better. But the existing tires are fine with plenty of tread. Also, the AC does not work though most of the parts are there including all of the dash ducting and components. But, after all, it's a convertible, There is no warranty on this car. It is a 30+ year old car. Please don't expect it to be a brand new car. Some of the components of the car show their age. This car is located in Spring Texas which is a suburb of Houston on the North side. It is in the 77379 Zip code area. It can be seen before or after the auction ends. However, I travel a lot for work so would have to accommodate my travel schedule. A non refundable deposit of $500 is required within 3 days of auction end by cashiers check wire transfer. Buyer will be responsible for pick up and/or shipping. Of course I can make sure it is running and ready for pick up if required.
