I got this car as an additional vehicle for leisure driving but have come to realize that I don't enjoy driving the stick shift. Unless you like to drive stick shift / manual transmission don't buy this car. The advantage of a stick shift transmission from what I have noticed with my BMW is that it saves a lot of gas and allows the driver to manually shift and make the best usage of the car's power. This car is the 2.8 liter version, and it is fairly light so it has a lot of power and speed if you ever need it. If you have test driven a BMW Z3 1.9 liter model, 2.3 liter or the 2.5 liter model you can definitely tell the difference. This car has plenty of power, drive it and you will see the difference. I did some research before buying this car. It seems like there is a higher demand for the 2.8 liter engine because a lot of people who writes reviews raves about the performance of this 2.8 liter engine. The car has 183K miles, was serviced at BMW service stations for services. Most of the mileage on this car is from freeway driving. Original owner worked far away from home and drove this back and forth to work daily. I get about 25 miles per gallon highway driving and about 18 miles a gallon in the city. 1) Convertible Roadster / BMW Z3 2.8 Liter engine 2) All black interior leather, many Z3's have multiple color schemes, all black is rare 3) 5 Speed Manual Stick shift 4) Clean car title and smog certificate 5) Registration paid and up to date The convertible top is automatic, you just push a button and it opens.. and push again it closes and folds down. Has new stereo system with customized sound, recent tune up, all power locks/ windows work, has key locking gas cap. Note: 1) Driver car seat has a rip 2) There are some scratches on the paint, some nicks here and there... I have provided multiple pictures, but as always it seems like the pictures taken with digital camera aren't adequate in showing what a car really looks like. A picture of something is often times better looking than what it is in real life. 3) The convertible top's back plastic window is missing, will need to bring it to a tint/ window place to put another one on. 4) The AC blows cold air, but not super strong .
