Awesome Classic 1970 Honda CB750, All Stock except for the Cafe Racer Fairing, Ruby Red Beauty! Honda CB750 Named Motorcycle of the Century by Motorcyclist Magazine! This beautiful vintage Honda CB750 is currently registered with clean title in hand and ready to transfer, runs excellent, looks awesome. Has original engine and original cable carburetors! All stock except for the addition of the Cafe Racer Fairing, easily removed, if you want a completely stock bike, all you need is just to add stock front blinkers. Almost new Dunlop K70 tires, the tire of choice that was commonly ran on these bikes back in the 70's. Recent tune up and carb synchronization with new chain. All lights and electrical components work correctly. Rides great, handles very well. I purchased this classic beauty at an Estate Sale early this spring and I've been riding and enjoying it all summer, she turns heads everywhere she goes, now time to let her go to what I hope is a great new home and someone who truly appreciates these old vintage bikes. Looks as though the paint job was done not long before I purchased it, and looks to me to be a very close match to the original factory correct color for this year and model. Being a mostly stock bike that is 42 years old, she's in great condition for her age, but does have a few minor issues...some of the chrome has some minor pitting, with the front fender showing the most (see pic #15) so you would probably want to have it re-chromed. The top left exhaust pipe is an HM341, which is not original, the other three have no model numbers that I can find, so am assuming they are probably after market add-ons. The number two pipe has been braised where the header meets the muffler(see pic #19) but other than that all the pipes are in good condition, with only some minor staining. The fuel tank is very clean with absolutely no rust (see pic #12). There is a slight oil leak on the left side of the motor, looks like it might be the neutral light switch. The original stock seat has a few very small stress cracks (see pic #14) and the chrome trim at the back of the seat is not completely straight. Tachometer and Speedometer are both in excellent condition except for cracks in the plastic covers (see pic #13) speedometer works great, tachometer is intermittent, might just be the cable. The head has been painted black and there is some minor fin damage (see pic #17 & 18). Brakes work well, with no leaks. Small dent in the right points chrome cover (see pic #16). There is a hole in the chain guard (see pic #20) not sure why??? Well, there you have it, I've tried to cover everything I know about this great classic motorcycle, it's sure been a fun summer with her, but the wife says it's time for her to move on, don't miss out on this great and very rare Classic 1970 Honda CB750, the Motorcycle of the Century!!!
