Most of the rust you see in the pictures is surface rust. In a couple of areas ,such as on the drivers door, you will see that it is sanded down to see the actual extent of the rust. This is a very strong running truck with lots of pulling power. There is a couple of oil leaks under the truck but nothing you wouldn't expect of a vehicle this age. It runs well, shifts well and stops well. It has a fresh tune up (plugs, wires, cap & rotor). New carburetor & Battery. The last owner of this vehicle said that he received it from his brothers estate. He claims that the mileage is accurate but I am not sure I believe that. Part of the reason is the condition of the upholstery under the seat cover. Your not going to get a spring in your rear and it is still comfortable to sit.......but the stitching is coming out. If I needed to go to Arizona tomorrow I would just get in and go. No worries!
