1980 MERCEDES-BENZ 240 DIESEL: THIS CAR IS 32 YEARS OLD AND IS IN FANTASTIC SHAPE. There is no rust that is visible on any part of the vehicle. It runs fine. I purchased the vehicle from an Estate Auction. I do not have any history on the vehicle. It must have been garage kept, because of the lack of rust and condition of the interior. The trunk compartment is clean and no rust with spare tire and jack equiped. The inside is tan leather colored upholstery, (but not leather) and is in excellent shape. There is some wear on the driver’s and passenger seat but very minimal, you can see in the photo. All windows work and are hand crank, the wind shield and rear window are intact with no cracks. The AM/FM Radio is aftermarket and the antenna is broken at the base, however it appears to be functional. I turned the Air Conditioning on and it blows cool air. The heater works as well. A nice CLEAN Classic Mercedes-Benz. I have clear title and think it is a great buy for anyone. I live about 20 miles north of Baltimore City, in Maryland. Please feel free to ask me any questions. That helps explain why a now East Coast Car is RUST-FREE. In addition my mechanic look under the car yesterday and the rear has new shocks and the front end was good as well.
