What you are going to bid on is a very nice running 1967 Buick Skylark GS 340-California Edition........ According to the "sperts" (experts), All GS were either HT or Converts..EXCEPT in California where the also made the "Cali" Edition..It consisted of the BASE two door coupe, bench seats, hood scoops delete, 2 speed auto trans and a 340 V8 2bbl with the # 433 in the Vin that designated a six cylinder (done by GM to fool the new and very strict California HP/Insurance regulation). That is true and documented thru the Buick Club and many other sources. This car is really straight with a repaint about 15 yrs ago...it's pretty decent with some "sun hazing" on the roof only..All glass is ORIGINAL..Dual full exhaust (quiet)..Buick Ralley wheels with new 15" whitewall radials..ORIGINAL (excellent) seats and rugs..door panels complete (some dryness and marks)..headliner had one 3" tear and it was sewn..(see pic) Trunk is perfect..chrome is very decent with minor, minor surface spots of light rust (Navel Jelly works nice)..rear bumper has a "dimple" next to upper license plate (fits well and hardly noticeable)..My finger (pics) points to the two rust spots in the paint (both easy fixes)..New Pioneer Stereo CD with 6" 8ohm speakers.. Everything mechanical works 100%..Zero drivetrain issues!..uses no fluids..New oil and filters.. REALLY/REALLY runs nice on highway...70 mph all day..regular gas Mileage shows 14k...Runs great, but you have to assume 114k When you consider bidding, please do so as you are bidding on a Skylark GS..Other than what I've been told by prior owners and info from the Buick Registery and numerous publication, I have no way of documenting the fact that it is the California Edition... You can fly in to any of the three NYC area Airports and I will pick you up and drive the car x-country HASSLE FREE! or I can assist your Transporter or recomend and great company (I've used many times) or I can deliver up to 200 MapQuest miles from Zip 11768 for $1.75 per mi. + Tolls NYS residents will have to pay your appropiate county NYS Sales Tax (to me)...for that, you will recieve a VALID NYS Inspection good for one year...
