1984 Mustang GT, 33K miles, original owner. I purchased this car in June 1984 and car became a weekend driver that fall, this car has never been driven in any winter weather and has not even seen rain except for that first couple of months. Car is in excellent condition, it's got a few chips/scuffs because it is driven but pampered. Interior: Completely stock with the exception of a oil pressure gauge mounted below the dash on the passenger side. Dealership swapped out the base buckets for the sport seats, all interior carpets perfect condition, no stains, all seating in perfect condition, no stains , tears, or rips. There are a few minor scuff marks on the plastic in the rear cargo area. Tinted windows are new this year. Exterior: Completely stock with the exception of the headlight covers. With the exception of the rear hatch all the paint is original. Rear spoiler had a rough spot that broke the paint after purchase and dealership repainted . There is one small door ding behind the passenger door, and a little spot on the flat hood paint. There are some stone chips and minor imperfections on the paint. Chassis: Car is lowered and has McLaren springs along with Monroe rear gas shocks and Koni adjustable front struts. Most of the bushings have been replaced with urethane pieces and the rear axle upper and lower trailing arms are new this year. Car handles/tracks nice but rides stiff due to the urethane bushings. Full brake job completed this year. Powertrain: Upper engine rebuilt in 1993 with Motorsports B303 cam, Twisted aluminum heads, and Holly 600 cfm carburetor and full SS exhaust. New Motorsports clutch and components are new this year. Wheels/tires: Konig 17" rims and BFG G-Force P245-45 tires installed in 2006, less than 500 miles. Have a set of stock D-slot rims used for winter storage. The only know issue is the AC charge is low and I just didnt get around to buying some R12 this summer. System has pressure but needs a pound of refrigerant, all AC seals were updated when engine was rebuilt in 93 The car has never been abused, simple a weekend toy that I've had a lot of fun playing with and spending money on over the years. I have a pile of receipts to document what has been installed. I've simply decided that after 28 years I'm ready to find something new. Hope to find someone that will take care of her for the next 28 years. Car will come with all receipts, car cover, full set of Ford repair manuals, cover, and several boxes of misc parts.
