The damage was truly minimal and involved the hood and the front lights and grill. No engine or mainframe damage and even the radiator was fine, just had to replace the auxiliary cooling fans. The guy did not want his car back, which was his "baby" and had lots of clout with the insurance company and managed to get it totaled, but it truly was not a total! It drives as nice as it looks and I drove it recently 130 miles in almost 100 degree temps and it was cool and comfortable............Great opportunity to get a vehicle that cost over $90,000 when it was new for a fraction of the price.
