Up for sale is my 2000 Corbin Sparrow electric vehicle with only 5,000 miles on it. This is #140 out of approximately 300 made. I had it professionally painted a beautiful metallic dark gray/black. It has chrome rims and professionally tinted windows. The interior is custom with a two-tone gray and black seat with red piping. I also had add extra padding added to the seat for a softer ride. The leather side panels are gray with red piping. It has custom chromed mirrors with built in turn indicators, along with LED tail lights that I added. I replaced the drive belt the other day, and also got the two front tires replaced as well. It has a 110V Zivan charger along with a Curtis controller. I've had my Sparrow up to 75mph, which is the approximate top speed. It has a heater, air/defroster, CD player, AM/FM, AUX, power windows, adjustable seat and steering wheel, E-Meter, and a lockable trunk and door. It uses 13 Optima maintenance free batteries. The batteries are currently out of the car so I can charge them individually, but I'm happy to put them back into the car. They were purchased in 2009 and I'd say they are now in so-so condition. When they were new, I'd get about 35 miles on a charge (the manufacture claims a 40-60 miles range). The Sparrow uses only ONE PENNY of electricity per mile! Charges to 80% in about four hours, and 100% in 6-8 hours. Some problems with it: has some light scratches, brake lights aren't working (I have the part to fix this, but haven't installed it yet), E-Meter is missing two light bars, and horn has a short somewhere. This car is a real head turner and a huge conversation starter! This is the only Sparrow I know of in this unique color as well. Only buy if you're willing to talk to LOTS of people about it! Comes with 110V charging cord, two keys, a clean California title, original manuals, belt lube, extra steering wheel, extra side mirror, and parts for fixing the brake lights. Sold As-Is.
