This is a 1958 Buick Century Riviera 2 door hard top. This is a project car that I do not have time for. The exterior shows very little rust. The floor pans have been removed, as have the rocker panels. I have all the replacement sheet metal. The sparetire well and the gasket lip on the trunk need to be replaced. I have those parts as well. The frame is in excellent condition, having been coated iwth POR 15 within the last 5 years. The brakes, brake lines and master cylinder are all either new or have been rebuilt. The motor is the Buick Nailhead 364, making 300 HP. This motor was rebuilt also within the last 5 years, with .40 over pistons. It starts and runs well, with a small coolant leak from a freeze plug, firewall side. The gas tank was rebuilt by Moyer Tank Renu, with a brand new float and sending unit installed. New fuel line has also been installed. This car is renowned (or reviled) for having the most amount of chrome and stainless steel of any production vehicle of the era. The good news is that it is all here. I have recently had the headlight eyebrows repaired, and they are still in the wrapping. I have new lenses and bezels for the front indicator lights. The headliner in the vehicle is mint. All of the dash padding, including the difficult glove box piece is there. The exhaust is brand new. All 4 mufflers/silencers are there. This car has a ton of potential. I just have a few more projects ahead of it. On Aug-28-12 at 14:26:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Again, this is a project car. The floor pans are out, the rockers are in the process of coming out, the spare tire well is out, and the trunk seal lip need. There is bubbling on the driver's side front quarter. It is directly below where the antenna goes, since there is no antenna, water leaks in. Easy fix. You can see the car cover in the pictures. I've tried to slow down the process by keeping the car covered. thanks.
