For Sale: 1982 Mazda RX7. Bought last year as a project car for my son and I never had time to finish. Paid $1k, then invested another $1k into repair and another $1k on interior. Car is 5 speed standard transmission with original alloy wheels, sunroof, sunroof case, and spare tire with jack. The Good: Everything works: All lights, switches, headlight motors, interior lights, exterior lights, horn, fuel door and hatch switch, and power mirrors and AC/Heater. Most of interior has been replaced with new seats, molded carpet, door panels, floor mats and steering wheel Body in good shape with some spots of surface rust Car starts and runs The Not so good: Suspension is rough. Car steering hard to turn and suspension needs some work. Definitely needs new shocks. Car starts and runs, but this car is not ready to be driven on highway. Unless you live across the street form me, you will need to pick up with a car dolly. Car will need some engine fine tuning ans suspension work to be an every day driver. Front bumper needs some repair as has paint cracking and chips. Needs new tires. Dash has a crack on drivers side. Front windshield has large crack running across it Passenger window needs work to run channel. Has to be pulled into place when rolling up window. Seats are new, but only driver seat is installed. I have brackets for the new passenger seat, but never took tiime to install. Most exterior molding is dry and should be replaced after new paint. Additional Info: This car is not ready for everyday driving, please do not expect to drive it home. This should be considered a project car needing minor engine tune ups, suspension repair, new tires, and minor body repair and repainting for it to be considered a nice car. I still have original radio and cassette player, i was going to get a new one but never did. Car is located near just outside Houston Texas. Please email me if you have questions
