1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 2dr ht Factory air conditioning ( needs parts hooked up), slant 6 automatic. Previous owner drove it to work daily 40 miles roundtrip. You can drive it while you restore it. Has lots of new /extra parts in the trunk. Needs front end alignment/work. Lots of original patina with some newer parts. NO RESERVE. Please ask all questions before purchasing. They may have dings, dents, scratches, pitting, rust, missing paint, rips, tears, stains, smudges, touchups, leaks, repairs, missing parts, non working items. etc. Kansas law requires 7.3% sales tax to be collected on any purchase from a Kansas resident. Out of state buyers will be refunded this amount in full if the car leaves the state within 10 days of sale date required by Kansas Law. A hand signed tax release form must be returned to us prior to us sending title to buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale.
