I've owned this car since it was new. It was purchased in Maryland and then - a couple of months later - driven to Florida. She has been in Florida ever since. It was our family car and then - 10 years later - became the work car. Always maintained with care. Garage kept for 10 years, then parked under large oak tree. She's not perfect, but she is a GREAT car. Never been up North during winter. NO RUST! Odometer stopped working approximately six years ago (very typical for a Volvo). We are guessing there are probably 200,000 miles on it. But she still starts every time and still gets great gas mileage. Last checked, she got 27 mpg. COLD A/C! One nuisance issue is - we have to replace the temperature sensor for the computer every year. Cost is $30 and takes about 30 minutes to replace. We call it the 30-30 issue! We have no idea why this happens, but ... it does. The fan blower for the A/C works, but only on the 3rd & 4th click. The low level does not work. However, the A/C is cold and works fine.
