1966 Mustang Convertible, 289 V8, Auto Transmission, frame up restoration complete fall 2010, all stock, garage keptOn Aug-12-12 at 08:00:21 PDT, seller added the following information: A few details! The 350 miles is the mileage since the restoration in 2010 I have owned this car since 1985 and it has been 100% garage kept since then. Replaced the interior in 1985. Unfortunately the data plate on the drivers's side door was missing when I got it. We determined the original color when we disassembled it. In 2010, we stripped the car to bare metal, repainted it to the original color, replaced quarter panels and wheelhouses, repaired all rust, put in new floor pans, and reassembled it with all new wiring harnesses, new bumpers, and some new chrome. Put all new gauges in the car and added an AM/FM radio with power antennae. Put in a new radiator, new timing chain, and carburator and added an electric radiator fan. It has a power CANVAS roof, NOT vinyl. We have alot of pictures of the work that we did, if you would like to see them. Car is a good driver/ show car and is alot of fun!! Entered first show in 2011 and won Best of Show!! Thanks for looking! PS: the car is truly burgundy, even though the pictures make it look like a copper color.
