You are looking at a super clean, super fast (62 HP on the dyno), tastefully built TRX250R. I am the second owner. I purchased this bike from the original owner in 2007. He bought it new in 1988. I had no intentions of EVER selling this bike as it is exactly what I've always wanted - the perfect dune quad. This bike is an awesome blend of lightweight, FAST, agile, high HP, performance and style. Unfortunately, I suffered a stroke last year paralyzing my left and limiting my range of motion from my shoulder down on my left side so I've finally made peace with the fact that I won't ride this bike again. The previous owner informed me that he was on a first name basis with Eddie Sanders of Eddie Sanders Racing and Eddie himself did all the work on this motor including breakdown, assembly and porting. This has been the most reliable 250R motor that I have ever owned and I can only think to attribute it to Eddie doing all the work on this motor. This engine has SO MUCH compression that most people have trouble kick starting this bike and yet it starts, idles and runs like a stock motor in terms of reliability and smoothness.
