You have heard all the stories about "barn finds"...This is a true "garage find"...303 V8.."A" body style (same as 49/50)..It is 100% original and has been in a garage since 2007 when it was parked. I have a clear NYS "TRANSFERABLE" registration (no titles in NY prior to 1973)..... The paint is original as is the rest of the car..There is surprisingly very little rot (few small silver dollar sized in floors) (bottom of spare tire well is 16"x4" gone) (both areas in front of rear fenders where Olds bolted on rubber protectors, appox 8") Glass is all original (no cracks)..wipers work..heater does not leak (hose was brittle so I by-passed for safety)..lights work..front driver cloth is torn, but the rest is all decent..I pulled up the rugs which were dry rotted..bumpers and grill are painted 'rattle can chrome"... Car sat over 5 years...I had flatbedded to my home.... I installed a newer 18 gal gastank,and had the carb professionally rebuilt..Did a complete tuneup..pumped 2x's and it started, idled and ran perfect...It is so quiet that you think it stalled It's old and should be gone thru...power steering works and brakes stop straight...has new muffler and clamps.................radio is not working I've been told that this nose will fit all models GREAT STARTER CAR?
