I have for sale a 2 owner, 1998 VW Cabrio convertible with just over 100,000 miles. This is my wife’s car and she has taken very good care of it. We don’t have any kids or pets so no unusual smells or stains of any kind. Exterior is good, with just a bit of paint bubbling over the back fenders, and a few nicks, chips and scratches here and there, but not bad for a 15 year old car. It still shows very well for its age, and she still gets compliments wherever she goes. Interior is in great shape, no rips or tears, just normal wear for its age. Electric top looks and works perfect, it even has heated seats for those cool mornings. Car runs, shifts and drives AWESOME. Recently we noticed that the car only starts with the remote start, not by the key. Do not know how long it has been that way, we have always started it with the remote start, so it could have been that way all along. You can have a new remote start installed which should fix it, or leave it alone; it has not affected us driving it. Last year we put new brakes, tires, wheel bearings and new exhaust, so she is good to go. I would not hesitate to drive this car to Florida, it runs and drives great. Would make a great collage car, or second car, and there is still a few months of summer left, so you can put the top down and CRUISE BABY!
