1959 Edsel Corvair - 2 Door Hard-TopManufactured in Louisville Kentucky on December 11th 1958. The GoodNice running car.No accidents, original paint, no modifications or poor workmanship.Express V8 332 cid - has been rebuilt an unknown time ago. Looks well done strong motor and drive train. New exhaust gaskets. Starts on the first turn of the key.Two-speed Mile-O-Matic automatic transmission, 2.91:1 rear axle ratioSuspension - recently redone with new rubber etc.Original Single Tone Desert Tan.Door panels have the original Redwood Reception clothCar has been logged with the Edsel Owners Association (Phil Skinner) Fullerton, CAThe chrome is beautiful and all pieces are intact.Clear title.Priced to move quickly. The less than good.It could use a new set of tires. They hold air and have good tread. I just think new tires would track better.Scant rust - 1 quarter on left rear window column. Minor on bottom edge of drivers door was been remediated and primed.The water temperature sensor was broken, I have the part on order.Sun visors need to be re-coveredDrivers side has had the accent trim painter root beer, see picture. The previous owner wanter to see what it would look like. I love and would suggest keeping the tan and painting both side accents root beer. If you wanted to go with a stock accent color it should be Redwood, President Red, or Velvet Maroon.I'm so sad to have to sell this car.
