I am the original owner of my 1983 300SD Turbo Diesel Mercedes-Benz. I have receipts verifying my purchase of the car. The odometer quit working in 2011 at 78,105 miles, but I can tell you that the car has only been used for local errands like grocery shopping. The car is in good running condition, has never been in any kind of accident and the interior is well preserved. The AC, power sunroof, windows, seat and locks are all in working condition. The radio has been replaced with a Sony CD player. The car has had garage parking almost all it’s life so it was safe from the elements plus it was in southern California. There are two tiny dings on driver side rear door that happened from someone opening their car door into my car and the rear wheel trim on both sides has slight dings. Also the rear window corner has had a small leak. See pictures. I have several service receipts (all showing mileage) that includes: new battery--1-1-11, new tires--1-16-12, and transmission rebuild--7-2-12.$500.00 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of auction close with remainder amount to be paid in cash or certified check.
