Available for auction is a beautiful, highly sought after 100% rust-free California Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser in remarkable condition. Recent frame-on restoration with functional upgrades which include a professionally rebuilt numbers matching F1 engine with 1,125 documented miles, new professionally installed 4-wheel power disc brake conversion, Saginaw power steering, Conferr rear seat, Tuffy lock box center consol, Weber carburetor, 32" x 11.5" x 15" tires and in dash AM/FM/CD Stereo (needs to be wired) Includes all documentation, history and receipt binder. This is a stock, unmodified fj40 with the exception of the above mentioned items. The undercarriage has been left unrestored and unpainted to show its virgin, rust-free original condition. The factory oil pressure gauge is not functioning. The after-rebuild compression readings are as follows: 135 - 141 - 135 - 135 - 142 - 136. The odometer reads 86,700, original miles. All original, cancer-free, uncut factory fenders, hood, body, tub, floors, doors, hatch, removable hard top and frame. Original glass, dash, front bucket seats (reupholstered), new dash cap & headliner. This is a hard to find, never abused, well documented, well maintained, always garaged rust-free mid-70's California FJ40.
