I really feel safe when I drive this car. Just close the door and you will feel the difference between this and most other cars. I have been selling specialty cars for almost 13 years here on ebay and have attained a 100% positive feedback. I have done that by following a formula of honesty about the condition of my cars. I always say that I could never describe every flaw that an auto has. It is virtually impossible. I also could never describe all of the points that make a car considered in excellent condition. I do promise to tell you all I can about condition and mention the flaws as I found them. If you happen to know these cars well, you know that they had some "hightech" features such as automatic door closers and seat belt retractors. Both retractors work and all 3 closers, 2 doors and trunk, function correctly. When you open and close the doors, the front and back windows drop a little so the door opens and shuts easily and then go back to full up position to make a tight seal when you close the door. Never need to slam a door. Just push it close to shut and the auto closer takes it from there. The windows, sunroof, locks, heated seats, gauges, and controls all seem in working order. The only thing I found out of order was the passenger side back seat head rest seems to be off the track and will not pop up automatically. It's missing the volume knob on the radio, but I will get one for it. **YES, THE AIR IS COLD AND THE DUAL CLIMATE CONTROL WORKS CORRECTLY!** The body is very straight. There are stone chips on the nose with some scratches touched up on the hood. There is a scuff on the left front bumper cover. See pics.The paint is really beautiful and the interior is unbelievable. The undercarriage is clean with only the normal crust on the cast parts. Floors, lines, exhaust, and suspension all looking good. She just passed the tough Pa. Safety Inspection and Emission test. If you bid to buy this Classic Benz, you will be invested in a segment of the Classic Car Hobby that has been conistantly strong through the downturn. Low mileage ORIGINAL EUROPEAN LUXURY cars have been consistanly strong at all the auctions I attend. It is a great place to park money. The banks aren't giving you much interest and the stock market is still risky. You can't drive your portfolio to the Dairy Queen on Saturday night and have fun showing it off!. I beat the bushes every day to try and find Wonderful cars like this one. You can't believe how many miles, and how many hours I rack up trying to find special cars to offer. I do love the hunt though. All in all, it would be hard to find a better Mercedes Benz for the realistic reserve I have set. I could go on all night talking about the merits of this one.
