Thank you for checking out this Volkswagon bug. This bug is over half restored to original condition. Im not sure of the engin size but I do know that it was professionally rebuilt last year and it runs excellent. The body was gone over the heater boxes and floor pan are in great shape, the rest of the body was redone and repainted also at great cost in the last year. The running boards are totally solid. The tires are next to new. I beleive the brakes were redone for inspection. The strutts seem pretty solid. It could use an alignment though, I think there were tie rod ends put on also.. The transmission shifts good. It has a new inspection, check out the pictures of the milage. The interior needs to be redone yet. I havnt worked on Volkswagons for many years and I have to refresh my memory on them some so bear with me. This Bug was my oldest brothers restore job it was his baby. He pasted away recently and it has to be sold due to his Estate. I have the title in hand and there are no complications on the sale. This would be an excellent finish restore job for the right person. I drove the Bug about a 100 miles and it ran like a top. I was so surprised at the power of these engins. I think this would make a great show car if the interior was finished. My brother garage kept the Bug the whole time he had it. I took the pictures and the car was dusty and needs washed off being we just brought it home from where he had it stored.
