Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 1934 Ford Three Window Coupe. The body is fibergalss built by Bad A** Rods Manufacturing in Winder, GA. The body is in as-cast condition which still looks good but can be finished as the new owner desires. I started some light sanding as can be seen in the rear photo but decided to leave the car as is. The frame was built with ASC rails, crossmembers, boxing plates, and spreader bars. The front end has a Super Bell I Beam axle, Posie's spring, Pete & Jake's spring perches, Speedway split wishbones, F1 style upper shock mounts, Chrome PRO Shocks (small ding on passenger side that is visible in the photo), Buick 90 fin Aluminum drum brakes with self-energizing ford backing plates. The rear end is built with a John's Industries 9 inch factory housing, 31 spline axles, 3.25 ratio with Ford limited slip differential, PRO Shocks, and Posie's leaf springs. The Grille and Shell are from Alumicraft. It has a Walker Z series radiator with a Cooling Components, Inc. electric fan and shroud. The engine is a 5.7 liter LS1 from a 2000 Camaro Z28, the mileage is unknown but it runs great and has excellent oil pressure. The engine has a Meziere electric water pump, Hooker Headers, a Holley mid rise 2x4 intake, and two Holley 450 cfm mechanical carburetors. The finned aluminum valve covers are from Speedway. The finned aluminum air cleaner and wiring harness cover on the firewall are from O'brien Truckers. The transmission is a TH350 built by Transmission Exchange that has a B&M Shift kit and a Hurst Pro Matic 2 shifter. The wiring harness is an American Autowire Highway series. The headlights are King Bee's with integrated turn signals. The car has traditional steering with a Flaming River reversed corvair box, IDIDIT column, and a Lecarra Mark 40 wheel. The interior has Scat Procar seats, a Doc's Kustom dash panel, Classic Industries gauges striped by Von Hot Rod, and power windows. The car is lined with Dynamat from the firewall through the trunk and the carpet was laid in place to protect it. The garnish mouldings for the interior windows have not been installed but are included. The wheels are Wheel Vintiques with Ford Deluxe caps and the tires are Excelsior Stahl Sport Radials with 5.00R-16's on the front and 7.50R-16's on the rear. The car was originally set up with a manual transmission and will come with the clutch pedal assembly. The driver side window has a vertical crack that can be seen in one of the photos. I would like to sell this car as I have begun another project. The car is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. I will gladly answer questions. Thanks for your interest.
