1981 Mercedes 300D Diesel 1981 Mercedes 300D Diesel with 120k Miles. This Vehicle Was Donated To Our Local Charity the Nevada Paralyzed Veterans Of America To Help Raise Money. The Outside Body Is In Good Shape No Major Dents. The Paint is Very Faded. Its Missing The Passenger Front And Rear Door Mlding. The Front And Rear Bumpers Are In Good Shape. All The Glass Is Good On The Vehicle No Chips Or Cracks. The Tires Are In Fair Shape. All The Lighting Lens Are In Good Shape No Chips Minor Cracks. All The Outside Lighting Do Work. As For The Inside Interior The Passenger Front And Back Window Do Not Work Needs a New Switch. The Climate Control Does Not Work So There Is No A/C Or Heat. The After Market Radio Does Not Work. The Entire Instrument Cluster Gauges All Work. The Sunroof Does Not Work. The Dash Has Several Cracks. The Headliner Has Several Rips. The Door Panels Are In-Tack the Rear Passenger One Is Missing Inside Door Handle And Arm Rest. The Carpet Is No Good Rips And Tears All Over Carpet. As For The Leather Seats They Are In Fair Condition With some Rips. The 3.0 Liter Diesel Motor Does Run And Drive There Is An Ignition Problem In Order To Start You Need To Touch A Wire Under The Hood To The Positive Terminal Of The Battery to Start. In Order To Shut Off Motor You Need To Push On The Throttle Body Rod Down To Cut The Motor Off. The Transmission Does Work The Problem Is When It Shifts From First To Second It Shifts Very Hard Same Going Into Third Gear. There is a Transmission Problem with This Vehicle.
