1989 Mustang GT 5.0 Convertible. Original GT car, not an LX with a body kit. I will do my best to describe everything about the car as best as I can, and if you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Car has approximately 8000 miles on it since the "build" and body is still as straight and clean as the day it left the showroom. Was an original 5.0 car but original motor was replaced at time of build with brand new 302 block that has been bored and stroked with the 347 ci kit. Motor has also been girdled. Has aluminum Ford GT-40 heads that were just put together last year by Elsasser Engines in Miller Place, NY. Email me if you want/need more specific specs on the motor. Transmission is a Lentek racing automatic AOD with brake. No expense was spared when putting this car together, has aluminum drive shaft, tubular front end, Baer adjustable bias 4-wheel disc brakes, Hogan intake plenum, aluminum radiator, also has NOS 150hp dry shot installed (plumbing is there, but no bottle in the car or included with the car) Too many high performance parts to list, but all build and parts receipts will be included with the car. Only known issue with the car is a short in the alarm system that I have just not had time to look into. Alarm system also has driver side remote door opener attached to it and the whole system has been a pain. Aside from that, car is mint and will make it's new owner very happy. I'm only selling it because I just don't have time to drive it and have fun with it anymore and would rather sell it to someone who will enjoy it. I am located on Long Island and will gladly show it to anyone locally, but as for shipping it, that is totally up to the buyer. I'll deliver it within a reasonable distance but I will not arrange any sort of shipping for you. IF YOU BUY IT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IT!!!!
