Vehicle Detail
Very nice 1982 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit. This is a 30 year old Florida luxury car, with all the bells and whistles of 1982. The tan leather interior with red piping is flawless. Wilton wool carpets and lambswool floormats. Has been repainted once in the past (same color) and looks excellent. New tires, new battery, fresh oil change. Starts right up, cruises the open road, and brakes well. Now this Rolls is my daily driver, but since I'm sure you don't like surprises, here's what still needs to be looked at to make it absolutely MINT: Rear suspension bouncy, windshields need to be resealed, woodwork needs to be refinished, passenger power seat inop, driver's door lock inop, 2 x small pieces of carpet need to be replaced, A/C is cold but not super cold, 1 x small dent on very bottom of driver side fender, 1 x rear seatbelt housing broken, cigarette lighter broken, wipers sometimes don't turn off right away. I have all the manuals and service records for the car for the first half of it's life. It really is a neat car. Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early. On Jun-08-12 at 16:56:53 PDT, seller added the following information: OK guys, I get it. You want more pictures. So here you are Mark, Everett, John, Pete, Jodi, Sean, Angela, Russ, Edward, Jennifer and Jack! As for your questions: The dent is not really visible from most angles. The woodwork on the dash and doors doesn't look damaged at all, just needs to be sanded down and re-lacquered (or whatever finish you decide). There are two vanity mirrors for the backseat passengers that also have wood on them, and those may need additional TLC. The trunk does have most of the carpeting with leather piping. It has the tool kit, as well as the full spare (tire is bad). All glass is good. The passenger seat moves manually (reclines and back to upright position). It just doesn't move electrically. The motor works fine, but the seat transmission does not. Luckily it is in a perfect spot exactly where it is, even for tall passengers. Thanks! Dan
