PRESENTING A 2003 GMC SIERRA 1500 4X4 Z71 OFF ROAD SLT EXTENDED CAB - FLORIDA DRIVEN - 5.3 LITER V8 AUTOMATIC - LEATHER - 5 PASSENGER - BEDLINER - TOW PACKAGE - POWER EQUIPMENT OPTIONS - MUCH MORE! You are bidding on a 2003 GMC Sierra Z-71 with the LT trim package. This truck has every option available in 2003, with the steering wheel controls and Onstar that were only available in the later 2003 models. It has a spray on bedliner and a Roll-N-Lock bed cover. WeatherTech floor mats. The truck has dual exhaust, but I also have the original exhaust with muffler for those of you who may want it. The body of the truck is in great condition with only a few minor scratches, rock chips, and dings, as to be expected with an almost ten year old vehicle. Paint is smooth and shiny. Body is solid and straight. There is a small ding and scratch in the upper passenger corner of the tailgate. One of the fog lights took a rock to the lens, but they are inexpensive and easy to replace. The vehicle incident reports that this vehicle was involved in an "accident". The "accident" involved the front bumper of the truck scraping the side of a car, the damage was a small scrape to the painted lower bumper and paint from the other vehicle on the chrome which wiped clean. The vehicle was inspected for further damage and none was found, cosmetic or otherwise, so no repairs were needed. The interior of this truck is beautiful and extra clean. This vehicle has not been smoked in. The power driver and passenger seats are both heated. The Bose Premium sound is simply amazing.There is some slight cracking in the leather on the dirvers seat, but only in the side panel. It is visible in the pictures below. The truck is powered by the proven 5.3 liter V8. It has a four speed automatic transmission with an auto trans cooler. Brand new (not rebuilt) AutoTrac transfer case installed in the last year. This truck is serviced regularly. The tires were just rotated and balanced. The engine light is on, but that is only because of the O2 sensor with the dual exhaust. Oil Pressure Gauge pins to the right when truck starts. The oil pressure is fine, but the 2003 models were known to have gauge problems. All other gauges work perfect. BFG 285 All-Terrain Tires are in good shape and still have a good amount of tread. Its a wonderful vehicle and I hate to let it go, but I do not have as much use for it anymore. Seller makes no guarantee as to condition, mileage, year, model or any other circumstance regarding the automobile. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturer..s warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Force Majeure - Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance hereunder due in whole or in part to (i) acts of God, (ii) strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, (iii) civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, or explosion, (iv) acts of any governmental agency or authority, (v) unforeseen circumstances (vi) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining any necessary governmental approvals, permits or licenses, (vii) mechanical failure, (viii) or any other cause which is not within the reasonable control of Seller, whether or not of the kind specifically enumerated above. 7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be in Palm Beach County, Florida. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Notice shall be delivered to the address specified below. 9. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision hereof and no single waiver shall be held to constitute a continuing waiver or subsequent waiver.
