Here is your opportunity to obtain a rare automobile. I obtained it with the idea of building a low rider but illness and old age has left me out of energy. This is a 1960 Mercury Monterey 2dr post. All glass is good except driver door (flat glass) that is cracked. Has a fairly solid body except trunk pan. Floors are good. Light surface rust from setting under a tarp for last four years. Wife's job moved just before down turn. We moved city's but home would not sell. Soooo. Anyway, there is some rust in normal places. Tried to show it in photo's. some area's are not as bad as it may seem, such as under trunk lid. Others are what they are. Headliner was good but mice got it. This was a 312 Y block, 3 speed column car, with a 9 inch rear (3:55 gears) from the factory. Motor is gone. Accessories are there as is trans and rear. Eveything worked when it was parked. I was building a FE motor to put in it and it still would be a good option this old girl. had custom seats done up in black and green crushed velvet & black vinel. Seat's look great. Door pannels suffured through the storage thing. The person who did the work used glue instead of thread on the seams (greatly irritated me) and the miosture allowed the seems under the trim pieces to separate. Can deliver in Pacific NW for gas.
