This PORSCHE 911 SC Targa is finished in beautiful Guards Red Exterior with the Two-Tone Black & Brown Interior. THE HISTORY The 911 SC Targa has only 146,237 miles on it !!! The VIN is 91A0133133 and the Florida Title is #93970049 issued on 04/24/2012. My name is Danny and I own and operate a German Service Center in Hollywood Florida. We specialize in BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche. I am a third generation BMW, MB, and Porsche Master Tech and we are also a Bosche Authorized Servce Center. This 911 SC was brought into my service center for a complete engine, transmission, and clutch overhaul, both mechanical and cosmetic. I removed the engine and transmission from the vehicle and broke it down completely and rebuilt it from the bear metal back to pristine condition. Everything was redone including new engine studs, new bearings, new pistons and cylinders, new valves and valve guides. All new rocker arms and shafts. New SSI heater boxes and muffler. I also did a full engine cosmetic refinish including powdercoating and engine bay painting. I also replaced the rear wheel bearings and the alternator for the previous owner. The look matches the mechanicals. The bill for my work was over $23k. The customer declared bankruptcy during the course of the work, never informing me, and of course never paid the bill. I filed a mechanics lien, was granted ownership of the vehicle, was issued a valid Florida title, and I am now proud to offer this 911 for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and runs out great.... it should... it's got an engine & tranny that are brand new with less then 500 miles on the rebuild !! The targa top is brand new as well, this was done by the previous owner of the vehicle just before I did the engine rebuild. The entire car was given a paintjob as well and it looks decent, not great, but decent. It does have overspray on moldings and some specs in the paint here and there, again, it is a decent job. The interior was next on the owners list, but never was done... the seats need to be redone and are being covered by seat covers. The door panels and dash are in fair shape. The steering wheel is a Dino wheel. I really tried to take enough photos to show the condition. The tires are in good shape with a good amount of tread. The rims are in decent shape. Buyer must provide at least a $500 deposit via Paypal, bank wire transfer, or bank cashiers check within 24 hours of auction end and balance must be paid by bank wire transfer or bank cashiers check within 5 days thereafter. If Paypal is used for deposit... it will only be considered a holding deposit but not as actual funds. The entire balance must be paid by bank wire or bank cashiers check and the paypal deposit will be refunded. Vehicle will be released to shipper or to you ONLY after funds have cleared or have been verified. A $260 FL Dealer fee applies to this vehicle regardless of if you live in FL or not and it will be sold through our business. We bought the vehicle under our company so it must be sold under our company, no exceptions. Deposit in non-refundable. Dealers still need to pay dealer fee. IMPORTANT - FLORIDA LAW REGARDING SALES TAX If you live in FL, you will pay us 6% sales tax and any county surtax and DMV Tag & Title Fees. If you live outside of Florida, sales tax IS collected at YOUR state's sales tax rate up to a maximum of 6%. You will be given a special notarized form (FL DR-123) that states that you have paid this sales tax and you will NOT be double taxed on the amount of tax you paid when you get home. This is FL LAW and the sales tax is collected even if you hire a transport company to get the vehicle for you. If you live outside of the USA, you are tax exempt ONLY if you have the vehicle trucked away from us by a licensed export company and a Bill of Lading and Export Receipt must be provided to us. Dealers need to provide a valid dealer license and resale certificate to be tax exempt. This is Florida law and we will follow the law. No Exceptions !!
