Yes, this is a rate 6-speed manual transmission TL. And it is completely stock, exactly like it came from the factory. It has been adult driven since new. The exterior is abyss blue pearl and the interior is quartz (gray more or less). It has a couple minor dings, but overall the exterior is in excellent condition. It has been regularly washed and waxed since new. The interior looks great as well. There aren't any rips, stains, etc, or other damage, just some very minor wear consistent with the age of the car. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition. The engine runs excellently - no oil drips, no smoke, no hesitations, nothing. The transmission shifts very smoothly and precisely with no syncho issues or anything else. The clutch is smooth and works very well. The brakes, suspension, pretty much everything mechanical is in great condition. The car needs nothing. The car comes in the one way it was offered by Acura - loaded. It has perforated leather power leather sports seats with memory, Homelink, xenon headlights, hand free wireless Bluetooth, premium surround sound system with DVD-A, DTS, satellite radio, 6-disc changer, and a cassette player, theft deterrent system, and dual zone climate control. All these things, in fact everything inside the car, is in working order. The car has a clean Carfax and I am not aware of it having any paintwork. The two prior owners represent the car as not having been damaged or painted and nothing has happened under my ownership either. The car has been in a Southern car since new, Alabama and Tennessee owners. The prior owner is a good friend of mine and I helped him purchase this car a few years ago from the original owner. When he decided to sell it, I bought it without hesitation. I am selling it simply because I have too many cars. Maintenance is completely up to date and by the book. The timing belt has been changed. Recently, the A/C has been serviced, the transmission fluid has been changed, the oil has been changed and a new set of high performance tires have been added. I have a log of all maintenance, including all oil changes, since the car was new. The car has been very reliable and has not required any repairs since the original manufacturer warranty expired at 50,000 miles. I even have the original window sticker.
