NO RESERVE!!!! NO RESERVE!!! High Bidder Wins!! Roll-A-Long Custom by FordPerformance upgrade by Banks! This is probably the nicest 2006 Ford Super Duty you can find. I am the original owner of this truck. I purchased the truck in 2006 from Team Ford in Las Vegas . I moved to Texas in 2008 so I registered the truck in my son’s name in California until I brought it to Texas last year. I now have a clear Texas title. I ordered this truck from Ford with every option I wanted and then Ford sent it to “Roll-Along” to have it customized even further. Roll-A-Long is an authorized Ford custom vehicle company that builds the Ford conversion vans and specialty vehicles. You will not see the options and interior on any other truck unless is was sent to Roll-A-Long by Ford. This truck even has Air Conditioned Seats! You can select either worm air or AC air to come up through the seats on both driver and passenger side. It has a Navigation system, DVD player, electric sliding bed cover, electric fold down steps, uplifter switches, factory tow package with electric brake control, remote start, alarm, bench seats allow for six passengers. You need to see this truck to appreciate it. It is very classy, but still a tough truck. As soon as I took delivery of the truck I drove it to the diesel performance shop in Las Vegas and had the heavy duty head bolts installed as well as the complete “Banks” turbo charger and performance package. Just the performance upgrades cost me $5,500. This was money well spent. My fuel mileage has always been over 20mpg and I have not experienced any of the common maintenance issues associated with a 6.0 diesel. The upgrade also increased my power and torque by more than double. There is a PDA installed on the dash that will allow you to monitor the engine and you can change the power settings as you wish for better towing, fuel economy or power performance. the PDA also lets you diagnose the truck. This truck runs very strong and has never been abused. I towed a travel trailer with it a couple of times and some jet skis but it has never been used for any heavy towing or long hauls. I have had it in four wheel drive a few times but never any off-road use. The reason that I had the Banks system installed was because I had done research on the 6.0 diesel motor and I found that the biggest weakness was the head bolts and the turbo charger. This truck performed flawlessly for 65,000 miles before I replaced the Fuel Injector Control Module and then replaced the oil pump at 70,000 miles. The PDA on the dash let me know that there was an issue in both cases and I was able to get the repairs done without any interruption or need for a tow. While the truck was in California I removed the Cad converter and muffler, installing a straight pipe. We had a cattle ranch in California and I did not want a cad converter on the truck when I drove it to the ranch (the converters get very hot and can start a fire in tall grass). It is a little loader than I like no but my son and most of my friends convinced me to leave the straight exhaust as it is. I have the Cad converter and will give it to the winning bidder if you want it.No dents, dings or rust. The interior is very nice, no tears or stains. I have always had the Weathergaurd floor mats so the carpet is very nice. I believe I still have the original floor mats as well, I will include those with the sale. I bought a New Superduty ford and no longer need this truck. I kept it for almost two years after I bought my last truck, I just hate to see it go. The reason I am holding a “no reserve” auction is because I know that a lot of people will see this truck and I am confident that it will sell for a fair market value. I included a picture of the original window sticker. I paid $53,920 for this truck and then spent $5,500 on the Banks Turbo charger and performance upgrades. Full disclosure: I am supposed to list everything that is wrong with the truck. There is not much to say. There is a small scrape on the left front bumper, no dent but the top layer of paint is missing where something rubbed against the truck. No one ever notices until I point it out or you were waxing the truck. The tires are about 50% life. The right rear tire is 95%. I replaced the tire six months ago because my son ran over the hood of a Lexus (while it was still on the car) He was at a stop sign making a right turn and the Lexus tried to squeeze in between him and the stop sign. When he turned right his read tire climbed over the front fender and hood of the Lexus and it punctured the tire. (There is a police report on file) The key hole is missing the lock mechanism on the driver’s door. Someone tried to break into the truck in California and broke the lock. This happened in 2007 and I never replaced it because the truck has a keyless entry system and a remote locking system so I decided not to put a key lock back on it. The truck locks and unlocks with the remote or using the keypad on the door. Whoever wins this truck will be very happy. I bought a new Ford Superduty a couple years ago but still drive this one. It has the extra seat (seats six) and drives very nice. I debated about selling my other truck instead but finally decided to give this up. If you are the winner of the auction you can fly into San Antonio or Austin and I will pick you up at the airport. You can drive this truck anywhere, it is ready to go. You are welcome to come and test drive or inspect the truck before you bid. We are in New Braunfels Texas., 30 miles North of San Antonio, 40 miles South of Austin. You will need to deposit $500 within 24 hours of the auction ending and pay the balance within 5 days. You can pay in person as long as you do so within 5 days. Once you have paid for the truck I can store it at my house as long as you need and I will be happy to help with arranging a shipping company or a driver to bring it to you, after you have paid for it.Trade ? I might be interested in a trade or partial trade. If you want to trade you will need to contact me before the auction ends so we can agree on a fair value for your trade. If you win the bid I will apply the value of your trade to the final bid price. I really don’t need anything, but always open to something interesting. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION!! If you are the high bidder you are the winner!
