1968 Dodge Charger matching numbers 383 four speed car. Car has had one repaint in early 90's. The body is in good condition they did use some filler on the rear quarters, but i don't see any spots that they did any welding. Some of the bondo has cracked and you can see behind the filler and looks fine.(not sure why they had filler in) Car does not have any major dents. Grille is in near perfect condition. All lights on the car work. Looking at the car i don't believe anything has been touched except the paint and the intake and carb. The original color is a metallic blue. Car will need outer torsion bar brackets under doors, but does not effect torsion bars. The rocker panels will also need to be replaced. Glass is all in good condition. The car has factory undercoating. Floors, trunk pan, frame rails are all in great condition. The interior i don't believe has ever been touched. Car is equipped with 8 3/4 sure grip, reverse light, rear defrost, 8-track, hood turn signals, tic toc tac, white vinyl top, power brakes, power steering, and white stripe (not sure if that is original). Interior is in pretty good shape for the age. Passenger seat has one seam that has came apart. Dash pad has crack. gauges are discolored. Headliner has a few small holes. As you can see in the picture the fender tag is pretty much rusted.(sad that is the only thing rusted under the hood) I do have the certicard, i have not looked for a build sheet in the car. I did take out back seat because seat belts were stuck under seat. Carpeting, door panels front and rear, and headliner don't look like they have been touched. I wanted to take them out to look for the build sheet but decided not to take the chance of ruining anything in the car. The car runs and drives, brakes, lights, all work fine. I tied to mention all the bad things about the car but i think there are also a lot of good things. I have posted a lot of pictures please email with questions or if you need more pictures. In the warranty book the required maintenance services were recorded from NEW until 5/19/71 when the mileage was 80,980.
