This Amazingly rare example of the Classic Triumph TR3B was purchased this year from its longtime owner of 41 years. It has always been kept in great condition by its fastidious owner. It has a large stack of records for service work and restoration done throughout the years. If you are not familiar with the TR3B, They were the last year of production. Very few were made. They were the pinnacle of TR3 development and were fitted with the TR4 engine and transmission from the factory along with front disc brakes and other upgrades over the TR3A. It is rare to find such a low production car and even rarer still for it to have its correct original drivetrain and be so original throughout. While original, it has none the less had restoration work done to it to keep it in great condition. Last year it was repainted by a quality local shop. The paint is beautiful and there are no scratches or dents, just some minor small chips. There is also absolutely no rust bubbles etc. on the car and the frame and underbody are absolutely solid. It has always been garaged. The interior is mostly original, and in great shape. The seats were fully rebuilt and covered in English leather and done to the highest standards. The top & side curtains are older but still very nice and the clear windows in the top were just redone. It runs and drives great having been serviced often. In the last few years, the carbs have been rebuilt as well as the entire braking & clutch system. If you are looking for a great TR3, look no further. An example like this is very very hard to find.
