Out of state buyers will be refunded this amount in full if the car leaves the state within 10 days of sale date required by Kansas Law. A hand signed tax release form must be returned to us prior to us sending title to buyer. Car is for sale locally so can be removed at any time. This vehicle is being with a 10% parts and labor limited warranty . The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith outside of covered warranty . No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
