You are bidding on 1989 Ford Ranger with a 2.3L, fuel injected, four-cylinder engine and five speed manual transmission. I am the third owner and have owned the Ranger for five years. The second owner had the Ranger for 13 years. The Ranger is a non-smoker. I have a clear title in hand. The Ranger has been extremely well maintained through the years. All maintenance work has been performed through a Ford dealership. The solid pickup (no rust-out anywhere) was professionally repainted in the summer of 2008 using the factory paint color. At that time, I had the windshield replaced, rims repainted, tailgate stenciled, Ford mud guards installed, and Ford floor mats purchased. Other work completed includes: reupholstered seat, new seatbelts, new shocks, new radiator, and the rear main seal and differential gasket were replaced (no drips on garage floor whatsoever). Engine oil changes and required service performed as necessary through Ford dealer. Over the past five year all fluids have been changed. New tires installed about 1,500 miles ago. It has a bedliner covering the entire box. This Ranger would make a great little pickup for someone. I drive it to work 2.5 miles one way from home and around town. The engine sounds great and runs strong. Overall the Ranger is tight mechanically. Everything works except the radio. The owner’s and service manuals are included. Every time I take it into the Ford dealer, this super clean and well kept Ranger is the envy of the service staff. It’s a classic.
