1974 Triumph TR6 - 3 year old frame on restoration of a rust free, low mileage, number matching car. Show quality paint in the original sapphire blue color with an entire brand new butterscotch interior. New interior includes new vinyl, new foam, new tracks, new seat belts, new Wilton wool carpet, new door panels new Moto-Lita wood steering wheel, new dash pads and refinished dash wood. AM-FM CD player with modern speakers but as you can see, it is a sedate unit that does not distract from the originality of the interior. This car has no rust or bondo. Some minor scaling on the underside frame but it can be easily scraped and painted for a concourse car. The car has brand new SU carbs with K&N air filters in place of the Zenith-Strombergs. More power, less headaches. Everything works as it should on the car. Wipers, washers, lights, gauges, heater etc. No expense spared on sorting the electrics and the mechanicals. New front end components. New brakes all around including master. New clutch. New exhaust. 5 new Michelin red line tires with less then 100 miles on them. Internal engine was and is fantastic with 59000 original miles. All new weather stripping and rubber. New matching butterscotch top and boot. Plastic rear window is a little foggy. Turned quickly, not sure why. Many many more new items just too long to list. If you want a drop dead gorgeous TR6 that you can get in and enjoy, this is the one to invest in. Just to be clear, the above is the description for when I purchased 3 years ago. It hasn't changed a bit since then. Not a nick or scratch since then and runs better than when I acquired (after having the carbs synced). I'll upload more pix in the coming days.
