Vehicle Detail

This listing is for a 1965 Plymouth Belveder II. This Belvedere is a "California Car". It was assembled in Los Angeles, Ca. This vehicle was purchased as a restoration project and needs to be completed. It has had a great deal of work done to it. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am unable to complete the restoration. The engine and transmission have been professionally rebuilt and have have no mileage on them. The engine is an early 70's 318 CID engine and it has the original torqueflite transmission. The engine has a 360 high performance cam and has been bored 30 over. The front and rear bumpers are original and have been re-chromed. The fuel tank has been boiled out and has a new sending unit. The leaf springs, shocks, brakes, engine and trans. mounts, Edelbrock Carburetor (500 CFM with electric choke), Manifold, battery tray, alternator, Distributor, coil, Voltage Regulator, Horn Relay, carpet, upholstery, tail lights, back up lights, and front and rear window seals are all new. The driveline has also been balanced. The exhaust manifolds have large ports and are off of a late 90's Dodge Ram. they fit perfectly with the power steering. The front floor pans and trunk pan have been replaced. The entire under carriage has been completely cleaned and sprayed with rubberized undercoating. The dash was completely disassembled and sanded down to the bare metal. The car requires the exhaust pipes and mufflers, a starter, fuel lines, brake lines, a radiator, and battery in order to get it started. The headliner and front and rear panels still need to be done. The body is about 75% complete. As shown in the pictures, the panels at the front and rear wheels need to be done. A majority of the rotted areas (around the wheels) were cut out. The right side trunk gutter needs to be replaced as well. In addition, the outer corners of the trunk lid have some minor rot and also need to be fixed (shown in pics). The underside of the trunk lid and hood have been sanded all the way down to metal and are in very good condition. About 75% of the rest of the body were taken all the way down to the metal to remove any surface rust. There are still some dings that need to be repaired, but very few. I have the trim, the exterior script, the V8 emblems (nos), new interior handles and cranks, interior trim, windshield and rear window reveals, hood/trunk latches, new trunk lock with keys, the parking lights, and various other parts to complete the car. The parking brakes are hooked up and work. I believe I have covered everything, but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I have nothing to hide and will tell you what I can. Thanks for looking!
